13:00 pm | Arrival of VIP at Samarahan Golf Club (SCC) ushered to waiting area at Tan Sri George Chan Hall. |
13:00 pm - 13:25 pm | Arrival of players into Banquet hall. Sitting of other invited VIPs at 2 high tables. |
13:25 pm - 13:30 pm | Entrance of VIP (Datuk Amar Michael Manyin and YB Datuk Roland Sagah) and their wives into the hall, and seated at the high tables. The flow of the rest of program as follows: Welcoming speech by the Organising Chairmain (OC) Tuan Sipol Ambun, then OC will invite Datuk Amar Michael Manyin, YB Datuk Roland Sagah, DBNA President (witness), TOGAP President (witness) for handover. After the handover, Datuk Amar Michael Manyin and witnesses go back to their seats, YB Datuk Roland Sagah to continue with speech. Pastor Dominie (Dominic) Siron Rujin to say grace/prayer before meal. Meal is served. Prizes, novelties, lucky draws will be as follows: Novelties by Sipol Ambun.
