The flow of the rest of program as follows: Welcoming speech by the Organising Chairmain (OC) Tuan Sipol Ambun, then OC will invite Datuk Amar Michael Manyin, YB Datuk Roland Sagah, DBNA President (witness), TOGAP President (witness) for handover. After the handover, Datuk Amar Michael Manyin and witnesses go back to their seats, YB Datuk Roland Sagah to continue with speech. For the second time this WBGC tournament is brought to you by TOGAP Golf Club Kuching. Like all good things, this tournament is limited to 100 golfers.
Tournament fee is RM132 including buggy. Each golfer is expected to get his/her own insurance.

RULES OF COMPETITION

PREAMBLE
The Rules of Competition (hereinafter shall be referred to as "The Rules" are made up of:-
PREAMBLE
PART A: INSTRUCTIONS TO PLAYERS
PART B: CHAMPIONSHIP SPECIFIC RULES
PART C: GOLF RULES
The Rules is for the 15th WORLD BIDAYUH GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP 2022 (hereinafter shall be referred to as "The Championship"), and it shall remains valid and applicable for the duration of The Championship.
The final interpretation of The Rules shall rest with the Organising Committee of The Championship (hereinafter shall be referred to as "The Committee").
The Committee's decision for all complaints, and the likes, refer to its by players shall be final.
PART A: INSTRUCTIONS TO PLAYERS
1.0 Entry Condition/Eligibility
1.1 The Championship is for all Bidayuh.
1.2 The definition of Bidayuh for The Championship is: Bidayuh as per Identification Number (IC) or mother is a Bidayuh.
1.3 The Committee may invite non-Bidayuh (hereinafter referred to as "Invited Guest") to participate and compete in The Championship.
2.0 Competition
The competition is consisted of single round of 18 holes play in accordance with PART C: GOLF RULES and PART B: CHAMPIONSHIP SPECIFIC RULES.
3.0 Category And Prizes
3.1 The Championship is made up of these categories:
(a) Gentlemen - Gross and Nett,
(b) Invited Guest (men) - Gross and Nett; and,
(c) Ladies (including Invited Guest) Nett.
3.2 The number of prizes/awards by categories are as follows:
(a) Gentlemen Gross: 1 trophy, 1 vest and 10 prizes
(b) Gentlemen Nett: 1 trophy, 1 vest, 10 prizes
(c) Invited Guest (men) Gross: 5 prizes
(d) Invited Guest (men) Nett: 5 prizes
(e) Ladies: 1 trophy, 1 vest, 3 prizes
3.3 Prize-giving will be made during the lunch. All prizes (trophies vests, prizes) must be collected, personally.
4.0 Date/Venue
The Championship will be held on 2nd July 2022, Saturday, at Samarahan Golf and Country Club (hereinafter will be called SCC).
5.0 Format
5.1 The flights will start on shotgun basis. The tee-off time has been fixed at 7.30 am.
5.2 The Championship shall be decided by stroke play with the Gross taking precedence over Nett.
6.0 Tournament Fees and other Charges
6.1 The Participation Fee (hereinafter shall be referred to as "The Fee") is fixed at RM100.00 per player, and shall be paid in full upon registration.
6.2 The Fee is not inclusive of insurance and buggy.
6.2.a) Players who do not have valid insurance for golf are encouraged to purchase one from SCC.
6.2.b) All buggies are on a twin-sharing basis.
6.2.c) Scorecard will be issued by SCC once The Fee, insurance (if any) and buggy fee have been paid in full to SCC during registration. All the fees and insurance, once paid, are not refundable.
6.3 T-shirt and lunch are provided to all registered players.
7.0 Registration
All participants are requested to register at least 30 minutes before Shotgun Tee-off time of 7.30 am.
PART B: CHAMPIONSHIP SPECIFIC RULES
1.0 Countback
In the event of ties in the scores, the count back system shall apply.
2.0 Handicap Cut Off
2.1 Handicap is capped at 18.
2.2 Players with more than one handicap shall play off their lowest handicap.
2.3 Any complaint on handicap in the scorecard given by The Committee must be raised to The Committee before teeing off.
3.0 Conforming Drivers Heads and Balls.
3.1 Any driver the player carries must have a club head, identified by model and loft that is named on the current List of Conforming Driver Heads issued by the R & A.
3.1.1 Exception: A driver with club head that was manufactured prior to 1999 shall be exempted from this condition.
3.2 PENALTY FOR CARRYING, BUT NOT MAKING STROKE WITH CLUB OR CLUBS IN BREACH OF CONDITTION:
3.2.a) Stroke play: To complete a full round of competition Individual Strokeplay, you must hole out on each hole. Two strokes penalty for each hole at which any breach occurs; maximum penalty of four strokes for the round.
3.2.b) In the event of a breach between the play of the two holes, the penalty applies to the next hole.
3.2.c) Any club or clubs carried in breach of this condition must be declared out of play by the player to his marker or fellow competitor immediately upon discovery. If a player fails to do so he shall be DISQUALIFIED.
3.3 The golf balls that the player use must be named on the current List of Conforming Golf Balls issued by R & A.
Penalty: Disqualification.
4.0 Starting Time
The competition shall start at the times and order of the draw. No substitution and mutual interchange of the starting times or order shall be permitted after the draw has been made without the consent of The Committee.
5.0 Pace of Play
Players must play without delay.
6.0 Returning of Scorecard
6.1 A player must return his/her duly signed scorecard personally to The Committee (or to any personnel of SCC designated by The Committee) as soon as he/she has completed his/her round.
6.2 Scorecards that are not duly signed (by player and marker) will be rejected.
7.0 Washed-Out
In the event that The Committee declared the competition is "washed-out", there will be NO winner, NO prizes given but dinner will proceed as planned.
PART C: GOLF RULES
1.0 The Championship is ruled by:
(a) The Rules of Golf as approved by R & A , USGA, MGA, and
(b) the Local Rules of Samarahan Golf and Country Club (SCC).
2.0 In the event that there is/are contradictions between the rules in (a) and (b) above, the rules in (b) shall take precedence.
3.0 In the event that there is/are contradictions between rules in PART B and PART C above, the rules in PART B shall take precedence.
